Does my customer need to download an app?
No. Your customer opens the link in their browser, with no app, account, or password. It works for homeowners on iPhone, Android, or a computer.
Can I still use WhatsApp and text messages?
Yes. Share your client link through WhatsApp, text, or the iOS Share Sheet. Keep the conversation where it is, and give the job details a place your client can find again. When you publish an update, share it through your messaging app to let them know.
What’s included in the free first job?
You can create one job over the lifetime of your account, update it, and share its client portal. The free plan allows three files per category on that job. Completing or deleting it doesn’t reset the free allowance. You can also explore a sample job without using your free slot.
Does Handysuite work on my phone?
The handyman app is available for iPhone and iPad. There isn’t an Android worker app. Your customers can open their client link in a browser on any device.
Is it useful for smaller repair jobs?
Yes. A tap replacement, a door repair, or a day’s punch list can benefit from a clear quote and a simple handover. Start with the details your customer needs, and add photos and documents when they help.
What happens to my jobs if I stop subscribing?
Existing jobs and their client links remain available. Once you’ve used your free job, creating another job requires an active subscription. You manage your subscription through Apple.
